Welcome to Franklin Plumber Expert. By accessing our website (https://franklinplumberexpert.com) or engaging our plumbing repair, installation, and diagnostic services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the contractual relationship between Franklin Plumber Expert (owned by William Garcia) and our residential and commercial clients in Franklin and Williamson County, Tennessee.
Service Authorizations & Written Estimates
All plumbing repairs, replacements, drain cleaning, and diagnostic evaluations require client approval prior to the commencement of work. Our technicians conduct an on-site evaluation and provide an upfront, itemized written estimate detailing the scope of work, necessary materials, and labor fees. Any unexpected modifications discovered during excavation or behind walls will be presented for written approval before proceeding.
Code Compliance & Workmanship Standards
All plumbing craftsmanship performed by Franklin Plumber Expert strictly adheres to the International Plumbing Code (IPC), the International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC), and all applicable Tennessee and Williamson County municipal building standards. Where required by municipal law, necessary permits will be acquired from the City of Franklin or Williamson County Codes Administration.
Site Access, Utilities & Safety Conditions
The property owner or authorized representative agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area, main water shutoff valves, electrical panels, cleanouts, and mechanical equipment. Clients must disclose any known pre-existing structural defects, hazardous materials (e.g. asbestos insulation), or private underground utilities not marked by Tennessee 811.
Payment Terms & Invoicing
Payment is due upon completion of authorized plumbing services unless a formal commercial credit agreement has been established. We accept major credit cards, bank checks, cash, and authorized third-party consumer financing.
Warranty & Service Commitments
We stand behind the mechanical integrity of our repairs and installations. Specific manufacturer warranties on equipment (water heaters, faucets, pumps) apply according to factory terms. Workmanship warranties cover verified mechanical defects on newly installed components.
Limitation of Liability
Franklin Plumber Expert maintains commercial general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the direct repair of plumbing components authorized in the written service contract. We are not liable for pre-existing concealed corrosion, unpermitted prior DIY modifications, or consequential water damage occurring prior to our arrival.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from services rendered or website use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, with jurisdiction located in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.
